Ait Aider

　Being in the Yuanhe Temple for my practice was something great. Meeting Master Chen was for me a very important experience. The teaching was of high quality level with the spirit of Wushu in it. Through my experience in Wudang and with close corespondance Master Chen’s academy. I look forward to promtoe Wudang Kungfu in France.

Master Chen Shixing

　 Ait Aider was a French trainee at our academy. He is amiable and humorous, had a good relationship with the trainees in our academy and also made quite an impression on me.

　 He has more than 20 years of experience in martial arts. At present, he has his own martial arts school and is a coach for health-preserving exercises.

　 Talking to him, I found that he has not only studied methods of health preservation, but also has his own opinions on it. He has loved taiji and Daoist health-preserving arts since he was a child. When found out that Wudang is the health-preserving holy land and the cradle of taiji, he made the decision to enrich and enhance his health-preserving knowledge and ability in Wudang.

　 It was easy for him to learn because he has a foundation in martial arts. From the start, he was able to learn taiji very well. He is also good at organising his time, so he can handle the movements and forms in the shortest time. He has a gift for learning kungfu. During the process of learning qigong, he was able to understand the methods and princples needing just a little direction.

　 He travelled a long distance to study at our academy. He wanted not only to improve himself, but also to bring traditional Chinese wushu to his own country, hoping more and more French people will get to know Taiji to maintain and improve their health and to spread martial arts culture.

　 Ait Aider is a person who not only studies hard, but is also not afraid to ask questions. His spirit to learn and develop kungfu is a valuable example for us.
